Description

Description:
Pyruvate kinase is an enzyme involved in glycolysis. It catalyzes the transfer of a phosphate group from phosphoenolpyruvate (PEP) to ADP, yields one molecule of pyruvate and one molecule of ATP. ELISA and western blot analysis assure its specificity and reactivity. However, since application varies, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for western blot analysis is 1:250 ~ 1000. Recommended starting dilution is 1:250.

Application:
Catalyzes the transfer of a phosphate group from phosphoenolpyruvate (PEP) to ADP.

Source:
An allosteric enzyme from Bacillus stearothermophilus.

Recommended Storage Condition: -20°C
